Solicitud de nulidad de la sentencia T-452/15.
El peticionario argumentó que la Sala de Revisión, al pronunciarse sobre el expediente T-4595603 vulneró el derecho al debido proceso, toda vez que omitió de manera arbitraria el análisis de un asunto trascendental para el sentido de la decisión, el cual se había mencionado en el la contestación y escrito de impugnación.
Concluye la Sala Plena que la causal alegada no se configuró y, por ello, decidió DENEGAR la nulidad formulada.
